Digital investigations.
Evidence-led analysis for complex digital incidents.
Structured research, digital evidence preservation, and clear investigation summaries.
Digital incidents rarely arrive as a complete story. Relevant records may be dispersed across devices, messages, account notifications and service providers. A careful review starts by preserving originals, recording dates and establishing a reliable chronology. We distinguish direct observations from inferences, identify unanswered questions and prepare an understandable summary that can support an informed next step.
How a review is structured
We begin by clarifying the question to be answered, identifying lawful and relevant information sources, and establishing the boundaries of the proposed work. Available records may then be grouped into a chronology, source register or thematic evidence set.
What the findings can include
Depending on the agreed scope, a deliverable may include a documented summary, cited observations, a list of unresolved items, a visual chronology or practical recommendations for independent follow-up. Findings describe limitations and do not imply the ability to control banks, platforms or third-party systems.
Each engagement is subject to an individually agreed scope and to appropriate permissions. For questions about this service, contact our team to discuss the information available and the type of review that would be suitable.
