Enhanced due diligence.
Make better-informed decisions about counterparties.
Background research, open-source verification and corporate intelligence.
Effective due diligence is more than repeating information from a search engine. It requires checking the source and date of claims, comparing available corporate records, examining public disclosures and recording discrepancies. Our research can organize a counterparty profile and a structured list of unresolved questions. Decisions should be made with appropriate independent legal, financial or regulatory advice where needed.
How a review is structured
We begin by clarifying the question to be answered, identifying lawful and relevant information sources, and establishing the boundaries of the proposed work. Available records may then be grouped into a chronology, source register or thematic evidence set.
What the findings can include
Depending on the agreed scope, a deliverable may include a documented summary, cited observations, a list of unresolved items, a visual chronology or practical recommendations for independent follow-up. Findings describe limitations and do not imply the ability to control banks, platforms or third-party systems.
Each engagement is subject to an individually agreed scope and to appropriate permissions. For questions about this service, contact our team to discuss the information available and the type of review that would be suitable.
